3. Apply to enroll
Once you have toured the school, we will send you an application to enroll, which automatically places your family on our waitlist for your desired enrollment date.
2. Request a tour
Submit a request to tour the school via the contact tab on the menu bar. Once we receive your request, we will schedule you for one of our upcoming group tours. During the tour, you’ll meet our Head of School and learn more about the SLCC mission while your child explores the classroom environment.
Our enrollment process is based on availability during each semester/school year. We offer rolling enrollment based on availability but typically enroll families on a school year basis. Our currently enrolled families receive priority for future school year enrollments.
All waitlisted families are contacted immediately after each priority enrollment deadline to apply to enroll for any available placements. After reviewing your application, we will send you an invitation to enroll the April prior to your enrollment year. To confirm your enrollment spot, you will pay a $500 non-refundable deposit which is credited towards your first month of tuition.
2023 Priority Enrollment Deadlines for Previously Enrolled Families
Priority Deadline for Summer Camps 2023 and the 2023-2024 school year was Friday, March 31st, 2023.
*Enrollment Fee & Priority Enrollment Terms: A $500 non-refundable enrollment fee is required per child for each new school year. If you are previously enrolled and are seeking future enrollment for new siblings, you must apply to enroll on or before your priority enrollment deadline. Our Priority Enrollment does not guarantee placement for your family but grants priority consideration. Enrollment fees submitted by previously enrolled families are credited towards the first month of the following school year’s tuition.
*Termination Policy: Once our Parent Handbook is signed, a 90-days written notice is required prior to terminating your child’s enrollment. Tuition is paid in full for the 90 day period, regardless of whether or not your child is still in attendance in our programming.
Tuition for 2023-2024 School Year
SLCC does not charge operational, material, or maintenance fees. We charge one $500 fee for new families joining our community in addition to tuition. This new student fee is paid your first month of enrollment and is non-refundable. Tuition allows our facility to be of the highest quality and thrive in our unique ability to provide the myriad following amenities to our staff and community of families:

Health & Safety
In addition to the aforementioned amenities included in previous years’ tuition, the following protocols and amenities have been added to ensure the latest health and safety guidelines are effectively implemented for the safest on-campus learning experience possible:
PPE supplies for staff (masks, single-use gloves)
organic, hypoallergenic, and natural cleaning and disinfecting supplies
outdoor classroom enhancements for varying weather conditions
Coway HEPA and Molekule air purifiers in every room
UV wands for sterilization
